What You'll Be Doing
Hunt for great talent: source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards & beyond.
Be the bridge: screen resumes & coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Keep the flow smooth: Update candidate trackers and manage process steps.
Scope: Working on Latest & Niche Technologies.
Make an impact: Contribute to employer branding campaigns (social media, campus
connect).
Explore & research: Study talent market trends, salary insights, competitor hiring
practices.
End on a high: Deliver a capstone project showcasing your Talent Acquisition strategy
or insights.
