Own and deliver hiring targets across multiple job families, ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, and quality of hires are consistently met.
Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
Efficiently manage and streamline interview scheduling for all open roles, ensuring quick turnaround times.
Leverage high-performing and innovative sourcing channels to maximize reach and improve hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines (internal and external) for current and future hiring needs.
Continuously explore and implement new-age sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms; provide data-backed insights to optimize hiring.
Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across social media, aligned with company branding guidelines.
Represent the organization at campus drives, job fairs, and hiring events to attract and engage early talent across locations.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics
Proven ability to handle volume hiring with speed and quality
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, and alternate channels
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Good knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment platforms
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve hiring KPIs (TAT, Quality of hire)
Strong negotiation and offer management skills
Experience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment drives
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
