Providing any false information or incorrect data or misrepresentation can result in the user's account being deleted temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.

Code of Conduct

All the members are expected to demonstrate high standards of professionalism in their dealings with other members.

Providing any information or perform any conduct that is illegal, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, harassing, vulgar, Offensive, objectionable, pornographic, interrupting the website, its functions and its services by any means, uploading content infected with virus etc would result in the user being charged against civil or criminal law and the user account being deleted permanently from our site.

If the members are found posting internships/ jobs, events such as workshops, conferences, training programs etc that contain false information or inaccurate data or misguiding data, youngrush.com has the rights to delete or block your postings. Also the user responsible for such an act would be punished by law and their account would be deleted temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.

User's Responsibility

For Students and YR Alumni's

• Read all the internship/ job postings carefully before applying for it.
• Assess every internship/ job opportunity in terms of its scope of learning, skills required, duration etc.
• Avoid sending applications to irrelevant internship/ job opportunities. This would considerably reduce your chance of getting a suitable internship/ job opportunity.
• Once you apply for an internship/ job, you cannot withdraw your application.
• When you receive a selected status update from youngrush.com or the hiring organization, you must respond to it within 48 working hours.
• When you accept an internship/ job offer, you must make every possible effort to join the internship/ job on time. If you do not join or decline the offer at the last moment, it creates a very negative impression about you and your institution to the employer. Any such act would result in your account being blocked or terminated temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.
• You are not allowed to share/ sell any of the employer's data such as contact number, personal email id etc. for free or for fee. Doing so would result in you being punished by law and your account being deleted permanently from Young Rush.

For Employers, Consultants and Training Organizations

• To get maximum internship/ job applications, always post accurate and updated information about your organization and internship/ job opportunity. Posting any vague or incomplete or false information or misguided information about the internship/ job would result in your postings being deleted from the site and your account being blocked or deleted temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.
• Members who are authorized to post internship/ job/ events on behalf of the organizations are requested to post on YR. Young Rush is not responsible for any legal disputes arising out of unauthorized postings.
• You must share the details of the selected candidates with us within 2 weeks of application cutoff.
• You are requested to upload your organization's logo and images while registering and posting internship/ job/ events on our site. Doing so, you are providing authorization to youngrush.com to use it for our promotional activities.
• You are not allowed to share/ sell any of the applicant's data to any other entity. Doing so would result in you being punished by law and your account being deleted permanently from Young Rush.
• You must respond to any of the internship/ job/ event related queries raised by us within 48 working hours. Failure to do so may result in your postings being deleted from our site temporarily until we receive an explanation from your end.

For Freelance Trainers and HR Forums

• Your responsibilities include Authenticity of Information and Code of Conduct.
• You are not allowed to share/ sell any of the member's data such as contact number, personal email id etc. for free or for fee. Doing so would result in you being punished by law and your account being deleted permanently from Young Rush.

IP Rights, Trademarks and Other Granted Rights

All content and elements displayed on youngrush.com, including the names, words, titles, logos, tagline, images/ photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, product ideas, service ideas, general design, website appearance, website name, graphics, icons and scripts are protected by copyrights, trademarks and laws related to intellectual property rights. Any attempt to copy, download, modify, reproduce, display, sell, distribute or use it for public or commercial purpose related to any or all of the site or content or elements or products or services without getting permission or rights or written agreement from youngrush.com is punishable under law.

The content displayed on YR links such as books, job related sites, motivational stories, videos etc is a value added service provided by youngrush.com and we route our users to these respective sites and we do not own the information provided on these third party sites. When you register or avail products or services or interact or deal with these third party websites, you are operating at your own risk and youngrush.com is not responsible for it.

Young Rush reserves the right to display the information submitted by users on the site for information and promotional purpose and will not try to mislead or misrepresent this information.

Third Party T & C

Young Rush may represent the products/ services provided by third parties and also provide many hyperlinks and advertisements that redirects to the third party websites. However, we are not responsible for the policies or representations made by these third parties. It is purely the user's choice whether to or not utilize the products and services of these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of the user's dealings with these third parties.

We make maximum efforts to 1. Provide accurate, complete and reliable content or information in a timely fashion, 2. Ensure that the website is free from viruses and harmful components, 3.
