In addition to the personal information, the following members – Employers, Colleges, Recruitment Consultancies, Freelance Trainers, Training Company and HR Forum's are requested to provide their company related information and professional experience information to become a member in YR.
After registration, students are requested to add profile title, list skills, activities, certifications and other related information.
Freelance trainers would have to update professional summary, education information and other training related information to their profile.
Whereas the following members – Employers, Colleges, Recruitment consultancies, Training company and HR Forum's have to update their basic company related information such as Vision, Mission statements, Awards & Honors, Contact Information and other company related information.
We also receive and record information that you wish to share on YR such as sharing an event, conference, job fair, workshop and other related information.
When you create or update your account and profile information on YR, you voluntarily accept to the following:
We may share your information within the YR group members or any of the YR affiliated entity in order to deliver the products and services that we offer to our members such as searches for internship/ job seekers, student MIS for companies and consultants for internship/ job hiring, freelance trainer profiles for training companies to recruit trainers etc.
When you send an invite to your friends who are not a member in YR, we will list your basic information details such as your name and email address in the header of the message.
We do not share any of our site member's personal information to third parties but we may share general, aggregate data with third parties such as how many people use our site. However, YR provides many hyperlinks to the third party websites and advertisements of third parties. YR is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third party websites or advertisers. It is purely the user's choice whether to or not submit their personal information to such third parties. YR will not be responsible for any of the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the third party websites.
We may disclose your personal information, profile information or information about your activities as a member when required by law or other legal process.
We allow our members to search for other members, internship/ job opportunities, information about companies, recruitment consultancies and training companies on YR to avail our services and to expand your network.
YR members are allowed to post an event, conferences, workshop, job fair and other related information on the site. Also we request our members to provide clear and complete information about the events orelse we would delete the post. However, we follow a thorough investigation on such posts before making it go online. We are intolerable against using unparliamentary words, spreading unwanted information related to caste, creed, religion, politics and post against a group / session of people on YR. The person responsible for such as act would be punished by law and we may also terminate or block or delete their account temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.
Our premium services on YR enable recruiters and other members to post internship/ job opportunities to identify fresh potential candidates for the recruitment.
YR's unique MIS services help organizations and consultancies to effectively manage fresh candidate sourcing.
Our customized people – search functionality enables the organizations and other members to create and effectively manage their brand visibility. Also it acts as a platform for creating effective marketing solutions for their products and services.
You can access, modify, correct or delete your account, profile or resume related information at anytime. You also have the right to close your account at anytime by writing to us, in such a case we will remove all your account related information except for an archival copy which is not accessible on the internet.
If you come across any unwanted or suspicious activity on YR, we request you to immediately report it to us. You can do so by mailing us on at info@youngrush.com
All Members are requested to use YR for applying/ posting internship or job, posting events and updates related to employment, training, career aspects, brand visibility, brand awareness and other related activities. Involving in any unwanted or suspicious activity would be punishable under law and we may also terminate or block or delete their account temporarily or permanently depending upon the severity level.
We provide an option for the users to join YR using their social networking sites account (Facebook and Linkedin). However, the comments posted on such social networking sites will not be stored in our servers and will not be displayed on our site. Also we have no control over how this information is displayed on associated social networking sites and their privacy and data usage policy.
YR is not intended for children below 14 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Our privacy policy clearly states the standard measures we take to secure the data and online privacy of our members, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There might be factors beyond control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or non disclosure of data.
