Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Solid verbal, written communication skills and sound judgement.
Bachelors degree /MBA Freshers can also apply.
Job Description:
Responsible for End-to-End sourcing and Recruitment for IT Or Non-IT requirements.
Fulfil large number of staffing requirements across Domains, Function and Industry.
Used platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster to source and advertise openings.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms).
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
