We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Perambalur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post jobs on portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc., and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports, draft offer letters, and assist with joining formalities.
Support HR in induction, employee engagement, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.
Supervise daily shop floor activities and manage manpower allocation, monitor production processes for efficiency and quality standards, and provide guidance and training to workers.
Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and company rules, track attendance, shift management, and resource utilization, coordinate with other departments for smooth operations, and prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.
Work towards minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and job portals, and good negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, strong leadership and team management abilities, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred), Experience: 0-5 years in HR/Recruitment,
Gender: Male/Female.
