Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring
across tech and product roles (Engineers to Director level) in a
product-led environment in bangalore. The role also includes
leading a team of 1-2 recruiters.
Key focus areas:
- Seniortech hiring & pipeline building
- Stakeholder management with engineering leaders
- Driving sourcing strategies and hiring metrics
- Leading referral, diversity, and employer branding initiatives
- Managing and mentoring the recruiting team..Idealflt
- 6—8 years of experience in tech hiring
- Strong track record in hiring senior tech talent
- Experience in product companies preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills
