What you’ll do:
✅ Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
✅ Prepare & maintain statutory registers as per audit requirements.
✅ File returns & manage statutory payments on time.
✅ Liaise with government authorities during inspections & audits.
✅ Stay ahead of labor law amendments and implement compliance updates.
What we’re looking for:
🔸 Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related field
🔸 1–4 years of experience in Statutory Compliance
🔸 In-depth knowledge of labor laws & filings
🔸 Strong documentation & stakeholder management skills
🔸Only Male Candidates Preferred
