Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination With Hiring Managers and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
