Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
Work closely with hiring managers
Source candidates via job portals, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn & references
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Maintain strong talent pipeline
Ensure excellent candidate experience
Requirements
Gender : Male
Any UG & PG
1–3 years of recruitment experience & Fresher Also Welcome
Strong communication & sourcing skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements
