About the Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to support our growing HR function. This role will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems management in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain accurate HR records (compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data)
Update and manage employee data in the ERP HR module
Support workplace compliance and address related concerns
Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition events
Communicate HR policies effectively and address employee queries
Handle employee grievances and act as a liaison between staff and management
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Smart, proactive, and detail-driven approach
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
A team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Internship or prior experience in HR (recruitment/operations) is a plus
Familiarity with HR tools, ERP systems, or MS Excel is an added advantage
