Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for international voice & Non-Voice process
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements
Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in BPO hiring (international processes preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners are a plus
