We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. If you have experience in end-to-end recruitment and love connecting great talent with the right opportunities, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
✔ Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
✔ Partner with hiring managers to understand job needs and hiring pipelines
✔ Source top talent through portals, social media, referrals, and networking
✔ Maintain candidate records, reports, and recruitment dashboards
✔ Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Proactive, self-driven, and process-oriented
🔹 Experience working with hiring targets and deadlines
