Hiring: HRBP Operations Executive (Intern / Full-Time) – Zepto
We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our HRBP team In Finance Team and drive HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and internal HR program communications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee lifecycle processes
Support HRBP in performance cycles, manpower planning & change initiatives
Design communication plans for HR programs (engagement, learning, policy updates, etc.)
Draft emailers & create basic creatives (Canva/PPT)
Support engagement initiatives, surveys & payroll inputs
🎓 Eligibility
MBA (HR) – pursuing final year or recently completed preferred
Tier-1 college preferred
0–1 years experience (HR Ops / HRBP / HR Communications)
Strong Excel, HRIS & communication skills
