Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably in hashtag#FMCG, hashtag#Manufacturing, hashtag#Pharma, hashtag#Engineering domains.
Should have worked in a GP or Revenue based environment.
Collaboration with internal and client hiring managers to ensure a smooth process of recruitment.
Ability to manage hashtag#EndtoEnd recruitment with hashtag#Client and hashtag#Stakeholder Management.
The role includes hiring from a Mid-Level to Leadership or Sr Levels of hirings.
