What you’ll do
Responsible for End-to-End sourcing and Recruitment for BPO requirements.
Fulfil large number of staffing requirements across Domains (IT & NON-IT)
Use platforms such as Naukri LinkedIn Shine Monster to source and advertise openings.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Desired skill set: -
Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in IT/NON-IT Recruitment.
Freshers can also apply.
Candidate should have excellent communication Skills.
Candidate should be graduate (MBA HR is preferred).
Candidate should have knowledge about Sourcing Screening and end to end recruitment.
Candidate within 15 KM Radius of Anna Nagar will be preferred (More than 15KM Candidate with own vehicles will be preferred)
Candidate with Consulting Recruitment Agency / Target based organization experience will be added advantage.
