Experience :- 1 to 4 years of experience in Interview scheduling, coordinating interviews and their travels from the Manufacturing background.
Coordinate with the stakeholders and schedule interviews accordingly.
Maintains documentation (interview feedback, assessment) tIToughout the interview process (e-file and hard copy).
Execute the sourcing strategies and Designer strategies.
Proactively recruit tITough creation of strong pipeline.
Responsible for capturing candidate experience tITough surveys.
CTC :- Up to 3.75 Lakh.
