Job Title: Recruiter and Senior Recruiter
Exp: 0.6 M - 5 Yrs
Location: WFH
Salary: Based on Exp and Skills + Attractive incentives

Education: Any Degree or MBA preferred
Note: HR Consultant background is most preferable
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates through Job Portals & social networks like Naukri, Linked In, etc.
* Full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and regular communication with candidates) including the recruitment administration
* Understanding multi-Department requirements and filling the vacant positions
* Screening and identifying relevant candidates to meet the requirement and expectations.
* Coordination with candidates from interview to onboarding End-to-end process
Desired Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication skills
* Holding an experience of 0 - 5 Years in the field of recruitment. Experience in BPO / Volume Hiring or ITeS hiring
* Experience is an added advantage
* Strong sourcing skills and must be able to understand job
* publishing in job boards and other mediums of recruiting
* Mandatory to have excellent presentation and excel skills
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
* Understanding of referral programs
* Sound judgment
* Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
* Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
* Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
* Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
* Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
* Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
* Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to be successful in this role, you should have an extensive academic background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
