We’re looking for a Non-Tech Hiring Specialist who understands business roles deeply and can drive end-to-end recruitment with ownership.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles (Creative, Influencer Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
* Partner closely with hiring managers for requirement calibration
* Source, screen & assess candidates effectively
* Drive interview coordination & stakeholder communication
* Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-3years of experience in non-tech recruitment
* Previously worked with recruitment agencies
