Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure.
Source candidates effectively through multiple platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability as per job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR lead.
Manage stakeholder expectations and support bulk or niche hiring as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree (mandatory) in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or corporate hiring.
Proven experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
