What you’ll do
Job Description :
Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
Eligibility :
Chennai based Female candidates only.
Any Graduates/ PG in HR Passed out (2025)
Freshers with a passion for HR Recruitment
Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage.
Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
Ability to speak in any other regional language (Hindi, Telugu , Kannada or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
