What you’ll do
Key Skills & Core Requirements (Most Important)
End-to-end payroll processing with strong accuracy and timelines
Employee taxation management: tax declaration, proof submission, and TDS computation
Working knowledge of income tax portals, Form 16, and payrolltax reconciliation
Understanding of the ITR filing process to guide employees on tax-related queries
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and Excel-based MIS
Ability to handle employee payroll and tax queries independently
