Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist in Core/Packet Core to join our team. Your experience in troubleshooting CMM and CMG, IMS & SDM products with a holistic approach in isolating/resolving faults in Core/CPC solutions running both in Bare Metal and Cloud-based networks. Troubleshoot critical complex cases involving multiple Network Elements, both in horizontal axis (call flow related) and vertical axis (cloud infra related). And for Enterprise Networks (Private Wireless LTE). This role requires a blend of expertise in Multi-Domain Network Elements.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/requests for Packet Core nodes/Core nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to the end customer/user.
Exposure to e2e troubleshooting with CMM & CMG/ IMS & SDM involved (Call flow and cloud infra).
Manage end-of-the-end fault incident and problem resolution, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Configure and maintain the 5G Core Network, coordinating closely with project teams for design reviews and integration activities.
Prepare, implement, and verify configurations for nodes or systems, documenting methods of procedure and work
RCA problem-solving with the care team to identify and mitigate underlying issuesoutages internally and towards customers.
Key Skills And Experience
You Have:
Any Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8+ years of experience in Nokia (5G Core Nodes AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, and LTE Nodes – IMS & SDM nodes).
Understanding call flows of 5G / LTE like Registration, Re-Registration, De-Registration, VoLTE Call, Break-in / Break-Out, Hand-over, roaming, etc.
Excellent knowledge of LTE and 5G EPC / 5G Core Architecture Interface and Protocols.
Good Understanding of Service architecture concepts/Network Slicing
It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture and experience in Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and containers
Exposure in the IMS/SDM architecture with all the nodes
