We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, expertise in screening and shortlisting candidates, and the ability to coordinate interviews efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate engagement.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Experience working in agency, staffing firms or corporate is preferable.
C2H hiring experience is preferable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
