About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter with proven expertise in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) demands across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely closures and maintaining strong client/vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
2. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and vendors to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
4. C2H Hiring: Manage recruitment for contract-to-hire positions, ensuring compliance with timelines and client expectations.
5. Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
Desired Skills
1. Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
2. Hands-on experience in C2H hiring.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with recruitment tools, and job portals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 6m–3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT, C2H focus).
