Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on interview results.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
Immediate joiners preferable
Excellent communication skills with convincing power to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to handle pressure situations professionally while meeting deadlines under tight timelines.
