We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions (screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews)
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the recruitment process
Hands-on experience with job portals is a plus
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field
MBA in HR preferred (not mandatory)
