Roles and Responsibilities:
Attendance Management
Responsible for issuance of statutory letters like, show cause, Absconding /warning letters/ NRL/ Termination/ Relieving letters, Project closer letter, experience letters etc.
Maintaining various MIS like, Statutory letters MIS/ Employee exit interview MIS, statutory letter ack copy etc.
Data base management- Active /Inactive & Database validation on a time-to-time basis.
Internal and External coordination- Employee counselling.
Introducing e onboarding process of Digitrac App to selected candidates.Post receiving selection details of associates from Sourcing team, quality checking of documents on digital platform.
Timely coordination with branches, client & stakeholders.
Timely completion of E- Onboarding as per Client TAT.
Prepare MIS Reports whenever required.
Skill Set:
Good communication & coordination skills
Proactive in approach
Well versed with MS office & should have good typing speed
Preferred candidate profile : Male Candidates only, Freshers are Welcome
