Job Responsibilities
* Assist the HR team in recruitment activities
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
* Support onboarding and documentation process
Eligibility Criteria
* Qualification: Any Degree / MBA (HR) / Final Year Students
* Good communication skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Interest in HR and recruitment field
