We're Hiring: HR Intern (6 Months)
Zocket is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship!
What you'll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Assist with onboarding and induction for new hires
Help maintain HR records and documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist with HR policy documentation and compliance
What we're looking for:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Prior HR internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
Duration: 6 months
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
