Master Scheduling: Scheduling interview of the candidates on daily basis.
Full-Cycle Recruiter focusing on recruiting active and passive candidates primarily in market.
Leverage multiple sources for candidates including LinkedIn, job boards, user groups, internal database, deep web Boolean searches and referrals.
Conduct phone interviews to screening for communication skills.
Carrying out the weekly meeting with the Hiring Managers to ensure better recruitment functions.
Maintaining a tracker of the entire interviewed and offered candidate.
Preparing and updating excel sheets on the number of open and closed positions.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
