Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant
. Hands-on exp in Payroll, statutory, etc.
· Placed candidates for niche positions at client sites and coordinated Phone and direct interviews.
· Sourced candidates and conducted screening interviews, thereby increasing hiring probability with quality submission.
· Collaborated with account managers/hiring manager and technical team members directly for crafting recruiting strategies and understanding of expectancy level.
· Negotiated billing rates with candidates.
· Provided guidance and support to candidates throughout the interviewing process.
