Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding: Conducting end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, verification, background check initiation, and system access setup for new hires.
Employee Database Management (HRIS): Maintaining accurate employee records in the Human Resource Information System
Payroll Support: Coordinating with finance teams to process payroll, managing employee attendance, leaves, and tracking inputs (overtime, unpaid leaves).
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employees' State Insurance), and PT (Professional Tax).
Employee Lifecycle Administration: Handling employee documentation, such as appointment letters, probation letters, confirmation letters, and exit interviews/relieving formalities.
Employee Queries: Serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
HR Reporting (MIS): Generating and analyzing HR data (MIS reports) to track employee turnover, headcount, and onboarding metrics.
Vendor Management: Supporting benefits administration by interacting with insurance vendors, uniform suppliers, etc..
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel-VLOOKUP/Pivot Table, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and data handling to ensure compliance.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve employee issues and work efficiently under pressure.
