Education - Any Degree with MBA HR / MSW
Exp- 0-2 yrs Freshers/Experienced.
Preferably Candidate, who can join on an immediate basis. And can handle work pressures.
JD:
- To Manage Branch level Onboarding process by connecting with Business HR's
- To Manage Employee life cycle management (Staff Movement, Promotion, PIP etc.,)
- To manage Exit life cycle management (NOC clearance, RL issuance)
- BGV Scrutinization and ratification.
- Managing HR helpdesk.
