Datapage Digital Services, Coimbatore, a typesetting and prepress service provider, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional.
Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process.
2. Conduct Employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
5. Assist in Development and Implementation of Human Resource Policies.
6. Undertake tasks around performance management.
7. Coordinate and organize annual employee performance reviews.
8. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
9. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks , benefits and organizing team building activities.
10. Ensure compliance with labor regulations
11. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
12. Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures.
13. Good knowledge of Employment / Labor laws.
14. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
15. Excellent Communication and people skills.
16. Aptitude in problem-solving.
17. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
18. Additional HR training will be a plus.
Desire Profile
- Masters in HR with 1-3 of experience.
- Very strong in Communication and interpersonal skill.
- Very flexible should work in all the three shifts (including Night shift) and ready to work on rotational week-off
