Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy and generate revenue
Research and identify opportunities for new partners in line with commercial growth strategy.
Generate B2B leads independently, create and manage databases from scratch
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target enterprise-level clients.
Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential clients of Medulance.
Manage pipeline information and client relationships to identify potential new business leads & growth opportunities.
Drive revenue generation on a consistent basis in line with Medulance's strategic growth plan
Manage effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions and value propositions.
Actively engage in other duties, projects and opportunities assigned within the role.
Consistently meeting the KRA's and set business targets.
Provide valuable insights and feedback from clients to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
Coordinating with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure that clients receive high-quality service
Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
KEY SKILLS
Need to be a hunter and gather new partnership opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

High level of ownership
Knack of talking with people. Excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
High level of comfort with cold calling and determination when following-up with prospects and members

Comfortable working with technology.
Comfortable traveling to client and prospect locations
Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Multitasker with commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service
EXPERIENCE
Candidates with 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields are encouraged.
Internships or relevant coursework in sales, marketing, or business administrations is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: 5 LPA to 9 LPA
In addition to the base salary, eligible candidates may qualify for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
