About the job
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in IT or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and handling IT hardware such as high-end workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, and other related equipment. Experience in Government, PSU, or Corporate environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for IT hardware and peripherals
Assembly, configuration, and installation of high-end workstations
Installation and support of Windows and Linux operating systems and associated applications
Providing end-user IT infrastructure support
Required Skills:
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of end-user IT infrastructure
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional languages (as per location)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
