Role Overview:
· Proficient in End-to-End IT Recruitment.
· Skilled in sourcing qualified candidates tITough diverse channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, job portals, and other innovative methods.
· Prior experience in managing requirements for across IT Technology.
· Proven ability to recruit for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions is an advantage.
· Demonstrated expertise in technology recruitment is mandatory.
· Adept at candidate screening, shortlisting, and coordination tIToughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
· Experience in collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations effectively.
· Strong understanding of market trends, Designer strategies, and emerging recruitment technologies.
· Capable of building and maintaining talent pipelines for future organisational needs.
