Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end IT hiring (Sourcing → Screening → Closure)
Work on niche tech roles (Java, AI, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Build & manage a strong vendor ecosystem (staff augmentation)
Leverage LinkedIn, job portals & Boolean search for talent mapping
Maintain pipeline, TAT, and closure metrics
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of IT skill stacks & hiring trends
Hands-on experience in sourcing & vendor coordination
Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
Ability to work with deadlines & hiring targets.
