Job Description

Responsibility

B2B Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and source new sales opportunities with real estate developers, builders, and brokerage firms in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region.

Value Pitch: Clearly articulate the Landszo value proposition. Conduct presentations and demos showcasing how our AI/ML-enabled platform provides superior leads, market insights, and a more efficient sales process.

Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation, contract closing, and successful onboarding.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key channel partners, ensuring they are active and successful on the Landszo platform.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition and platform listings.

Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and relay crucial feedback from partners to our product and tech teams to help refine our platform and strategy.

Networking: Represent Landszo at industry events, meetups, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand our network.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-3+ years of proven sales experience.

Industry Knowledge (Crucial):

Direct experience in the Gurgaon real estate market is a massive advantage.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or a proptech/startup environment is highly preferred.

The "Hunter" Mindset: You are a self-starter with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, build new relationships from scratch, and chase ambitious goals.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn to demonstrate a software platform. Experience with CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Communication: You have excellent, clear, and persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
