Location: Coimbatore (ONSITE)
Shift Timing: US Shift (6 .30 pm to 3 30 am IST)

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 7+ into US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients
Work on various IT requirements through job portals and vendor networks
Market bench consultants to vendors and implementation partners
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
Screen resumes and assess candidate technical fitment
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors
Required Skills:
• Experience with portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Basic understanding of US visa types, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Good knowledge of the US Staffing process
