Technical Sales Associate
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Associate Fresher to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Support senior Sales Associates in sourcing and recruiting top talent for technical roles
- Assist in creating job postings and advertisements
- Source candidates tSoftware Engineerough various channels (social media, job boards, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
Mandatory Skills:
- Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (IT, software, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Work Location:
- Bangalore
- Hybrid work mode
Shift Timing:
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (IST time zone)
