POSITION TITLE: Software system Executive
DEPARTMENT: HR
JOB LOCATION: Coimbatore (Preferred only Local Candidates)
Requirements:
Fresher MBA graduate with an interest in Human Resource field.
Should have done UG Degree in Computer Science Or IT (B.Sc(CS/IT) or BCA)
Should have good analyzing and communication skill.
Should have good learning instinct & keen interest in HR profession.
Responsibilities:
Should be responsible for day-to-day HR activities like recruitment, documentation, employee recreation activities, employee grievance handling.
Should assist in coordinating the training programs and providing support in implementation of policies & procedures.
