Role & responsibilities
We are looking at for the talents with 0-3 Years of experience in HR field.
Must have good communication skills.
The candidate must have experience in Recruitment coordination.
Experienced in Bulk hiring and interviewing.
Should have experience or knowledge in Stakeholder Management.
Experienced in Salary negotiation, interview coordination.
Additional Information:
Should have finished the graduation from well known University.
0-3 Years of experience (HR field/ Fresher should have done internship in the field HR domain at least for 6 months)
Shift timing: 2 PM to 11 PM or 6 PM to 3 AM. (1 way Cab facility Provided from Client)
Hybrid Model
Interview Process: 2-3 Rounds (Virtual or F2F)
Location: Chennai.Note:
CTC offered: 3 LPA
6 - 12 Months C2H Model. (Conversion and Extension will be there.)
