We're growing our RPO team and are looking for passionate recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Open Positions:
Recruiting Leads – 4 to 8 years of recruitment experience
Recruiters – 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience
Sourcers – 0 to 2 years of recruitment experience
Interview Schedulers – 1 to 4 years of experience
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Work Model: Work from Office (5 days a week)
What we're looking for:
* Recruitment Agency or RPO experience is mandatory.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
* A delivery-first mindset with the ability to hire at scale while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
