🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in ATS/excel tracker.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
A go-getter attitude with a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of basic recruitment metrics (a plus)
