What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 months - 4 years of experience in recruiting in Non IT & IT Industries.
RPO experience would be an added advantage.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
