Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing CAD software for machine design, overseeing project timelines, and contributing to research and development initiatives. Candidates will also support ongoing manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and methodologies
Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks
Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovative solutions
Ability to solve complex technical problems and ensure adherence to quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Relevant certifications in CAD software or project management are a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in boiler or heavy engineering industries is advantageous
