Position: Management Trainee - HR Specialist

Qualification: MBA/MSW/Any Relevant Masters
Responsibility:
1. Participate and contribute to HR projects in domains of Talent Acquisition.
2. To support the HR Business Partners in developing user manuals for all the existing HR processes.
3. To support day to day HR Operation processes and activities.
4. To support audit requirements.
5. To provide support on engagement levels of new joiners, women, and top talent.
6. Organize Quarterly employee communication session and Reward and recognition celebrations.
7. Support L&D, HR legal, C&B and TM initiatives in designing and implementation for the functions.
8. Manage operational queries and system related changes related to employees.
