We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and sourcing candidates through various job portals and networking channels.
Eligibility Criteria:
South Tamil Nadu candidates only
Must be ready to relocate to Chennai
Male & Female candidates preferred
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles.
Work Mode:
Work From Home (WFH) for a few months
Later, candidates should be ready to relocate to Chennai
